L’Oliveraie is situated only 3kms from the Beechworth Post Office, but is a little off the beaten track. We are just 1.3kms along picturesque Greenwattle road, nestled against a background of granite, eucalyptus and native pines, typical of the landscape surrounding Beechworth. The grove consists of approximately 2700 trees, mostly of excellent oil producing varieties. The trees are thriving in the granite country. Our biggest trees with the best fruit have their feet in the rockiest places!
At L’Oliveraie (French for Olive Grove) you may taste the various varieties and blends of the “liquid gold” from the olive trees that were planted by Pierre and Helen.
You are invited to wander through the grove.
We are open Saturday, Sunday and public holidays between the hours of 11am and 5pm
