KINROSS B&B is a heritage listed property circa 1858 - the former manse of the Presbyterian church. There are four spacious guestrooms - all with own ensuite, open fireplace ($10 usage charge for single night), Reverse cycle cooling/heating (2 rooms), separate seating, TV/DVD, tea/coffee making facility, ceiling fan, and complimentary local port & chocolates. Full cooked-to-order breakfast is served in the dining room. Join your hosts for complimentary pre-dinner drinks (local wines/ales) and nibbles on weekends in the guest lounge room or courtyard. In summer relax on the front verandah or garden bench and enjoy the serenity of the cottage garden. Or have a glass of wine or hot drink in front of your own open fire or in the guest lounge room in the colder months. There is a quiet rear courtyard with BBQ for guests use. By prior arrangement, BBQ dinners are available for groups (min 6 persons).
